The Dr. Neubauer Colossus is a combination table tennis blade designed to enhance control and disrupt opponents' play. It features a distinct construction with differing speeds on each side, catering to versatile playing styles. Backhand Side: Slower Pace: Engineered to decelerate the ball significantly during close-to-the-table blocks, especially when paired with specialized rubbers. Effective Returns: Capable of handling fast topspin shots with ABS balls, facilitating strong spin reversal when using long pimples or anti-spin rubbers. Low Bounce: Enhances the effectiveness of short and medium pimple rubbers, causing the ball to bounce low during blocks, counter-attacks, and hits. Forehand Side: Faster Pace: Designed to apply pressure on opponents through offensive play, suitable for both pimple-out rubbers (for counter-attacks and direct hits) and inverted rubbers (for spin-heavy loops). Excellent Control: Maintains high control levels, a hallmark of Re-Impact blades, with improved ball feel, particularly on the backhand side.
